Experimenting with Thermometers to Explore Temperature

In this video I walk educators through a simple experiment in which a thermometer is shifted from a cup of room temperature water to a cup of scalding hot water and then to a cup of ice cold water in order to allow students an opportunity to explore how thermometers work and practice reading them.
