Exploring a new car park on a HOVERBOARD

This is a brand new multi-story car park built next to The Forum Shopping Centre in Sittingbourne, Kent. It's part of the new 'Spirit of Sittingbourne' project and is due to be opened sometime in 2019. I just happened to have a hoverboard (thanks Dan), so let's take a look!
