Heysham is a coastal town in the North-West of England near Morecambe. We came here to explore it and to swim in the sea as it was the last very hot day of summer.
We also examined the ruins of the 8th century St-Patrick's chapel and the 6 stone cut Anglo-Saxon graves which future on the compilation album The Best of Black Sabbath.
Because I can't run at the moment, I compensate it with hours of swimming.
