exploring my todays activity
today I try something different, and it's about my diabetes. This day, what kind of work I just did, is my only focus, and I hope I can properly focus on it. When I make some videos about recording myself, a new video, then mostly I don't have time. I don't have interest in watching or rewatching these kinds of videos. The first time, in 20 to 25 when I started making videos, if I did 5 or 10 minutes or 2, I watched it twice. Twice means one time I watched it with the sound muted. I totally lowered the sound and did this, then I just continually watched that about my face. I'm just thinking and asking myself if my body language is good or not and about my face I truly just focus on the real kind of data. A second time I was with full volume about my pronunciation being okay and that kind of it. Right now this activity didn't work because I don't have mostly time, and the only thing I'm doing is just recording myself, and I'm not watching this video. If I make a 10-minute video, then I should spend about 20 minutes extra for you to review this and only focus on what I did. Give me a favor if you would want to do it. If you completely watch this video, then by giving your feedback in the comment section, it is very helpful for me. If we're watching, then I need to be thought, I need to be taught, they need to be all supported. When you are only just listening or watching my video, then you have a better understanding of myself. Then you can. I will never be disappointed. I will never ever be rough. I will never be disappointed with someone who just gives me a real, honest opinion. Okay, this is the basic thing, and yeah, you just give me a real, honest feedback. Whatever it is, it doesn't matter what kind of activities or what kind of feedback it is. Giving me feedback is the first thing I want from you. Just giving this and helping me is the last thing I want from you. I hope you like this video. Thank you, peace.
