Focus is to improve explosiveness and speed. Athlete can dunk off 1 foot, but focus this off-season has been to improve his 2 foot jumping ability (2027 recruit w/ D1 offers already). As seen, this is the full training session from start to finish (minus warm-up) If you want to improve your explosiveness and jumping ability - the training needs to be tailored towards that. Too many athletes don't train like an athlete should. Speed and power development should be primary focuses for most athletes. The means and methods to enhance those will vary based around the individuals current abilities and where they are in their own developmental process.
