Extended Stay Harlingen, Texas

Completed the caliche base at the east parking lot and property perimeter curb and gutter. All light pole bases have been poured, and light poles are being installed. The concrete foundation for the dumpster pad was formed, inspection, and concrete placed. On the building exterior, EIFS installation is in progress with roughly half of the building complete, including waterproofing, foam, base coat, and color. Installation is in progress on the east façade. All vinyl windows have been installed. Mechanical has completed duct insulation and exhaust rough in. Exhaust fans are being installed in guest bathrooms on the second floor. Electrical passed rough-in inspections on the third and fourth floor and is now working on first floor public and back of house area rough in. Exterior light fixtures have been installed as EIFS is completed. Plumbing is currently working on water rough-in on the fourth floor. Testing of the waste has been completed. Fire sprinkler system was tested, and inspections passed.
