This is a quick demo of how to get raster layers out of an Esri File Geodatabase (.gdb folder) using ArcMap. This is useful for when you want to extract a raster layer into a separate file, or if you want to use the raster in another program like QGIS. (QGIS can read vector layers from a FileGDB, but not yet raster layers.) I recommend saving rasters into TIFF format, using LZW compression, which will result in a much smaller file without losing any details in the data.
