This video is intended for advanced contortion training! Please do not attempt if you are brand new to contortion. As you follow along the skills continue to get harder and harder! If something is too hard don't force it! Just pause the video and take your time working towards that skill. You should have a good backbend and be able to hold a decent cheststand before attempting this tutorial. If you can't touch your feet to your head in a backbend this tutorial is definitely not for you.
