So I used Anastasia dip brow in the shade medium brown, with any type of angle brush. You can literally used an angled brush as long as it's thin! Then for that white power I used Naked 2 palette in the shade FOXY. These can be purchased online or from Sephora (Naked 2 is a great starter palette I suggest buying it) Then MAYBELLINE BROW DRAMA in the transparent (or clear) color. I said Lorél but it's really Maybelline, it can be found at Walmart, CVS, any type of drug store. The brushes you can get at any of drug store as well I wouldn't spend too much money on brushes.
