Formerly known as FAIPAPALOOZA, FAIP Flag 2019 is a coordinated CT Exercise to increase the flying and mission planning proficiency of FAIPs - the backbone of the USAF’s instructor cadre. This will be accomplished thru complex, cross-squadron, competitive events that allow participants to experience mission planning and flying challenges they are unable to in daily flying.
In addition to the incredibly unique flying training, there will be opportunities for mentorship between current FAIPs and Old School FAIPs. FF19 will provide a forum for information on the formal training courses and day to day life in MWS operational squadrons, from those who know best – those who live it.
