Faith

As a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, I was taught to work hard at growing my testimony. I've had a lot happen in my life, things that should have made me waver, things that should have caused me to question myself... But even when I saw others lose their faith and belief, I found I couldn't. I spent a lot of time thinking on it, and decided that faith must be much more subjective than we admit. Some people have seen too much to believe, while others have seen too much not to believe. I know it's a matter of choice, whether we believe or not, but I do think that we don't have as big of an understanding of faith as we like to think.
