no you only get paid as if you only turned in 1 slave when you turn in multiple slaves.
how to get multiple slave collars
1 enslave someone.
2: fast travel to paradise falls and they will give you a new collar.
3: fast travel back to where you were.
4: kill the person you enslaved and just got paid for.
5 travel back to paradise falls to buy a new collar when you already have 1.
note if you do this with 5 slaves it only gives you 1 collar to buy so just kill 1 of them to save ammo and the game will give you 1 more slave collar while you have 5, it may also glitch and think one of them already returned to paradise falls and you'd get more caps; although this may be me forgetting i already collared one for paradise falls before and the new one died so i thought 'better get a replacement collar' and instead getting rewarded for the one i already sent back
