South Middlesex Correctional Center in Framingham Massachusetts is the setting for the Family Reunification House. The house is utilized to reunite incarcerated mothers with their children in a home setting for extended visits. The house was built utilizing "green" energy efficient panels and is powered by solar. Bamboo was used for the floor covering material. The house is fully handicap accessible.
