Faster Stable Diffusion using Ryzen APU processor (No dedicated GPU)

Finally, you can get faster performance on the AMD Ryzen APU processors using this version of stable diffusion! Months ago, this was not easily possibly but there's a new git repo out that is going to change your life for the better! In this video I show you how to get it installed on Windows 11 and begin generating AI images for free. Using the Ryzen 5600G processor, I was able to get images rendered in less than 2 minutes. Previously this would have taken over 15 minutes when using the CPU cores alone but now we're using the Graphics cores to make it faster! IMPORTANT UPDATE: the latest code commits done by lshqqytiger broke the DDIM image generation (May 8th 2023).
