259 lbs today used to be 350lbs thanks to Stomach bypass surgery and no I didn't do any crazy fad diets or expensive isogenic or pills, I didn't work out but I did, eat nonfat food, low carbs, no sugar high protein foods. No Keto! Your GUT is the key! No fast food restaurants! No sodas ever! No High Fructose Corn Syrup because that chemical sugar is poison! Low sugar at 1 to 4 grams but never 6 to 14 grams and never combine to carbs that are 5 to 24 grams that would be combined sugars you dope! Stop combining carbs with sugars because they are the same. Get rid of diabetes! Right now I don't have diabetes right but it doesn't mean it can come back! I keep it in check!
