Feeling Into Freedom Join me as I walk us through feeling the feeling of freedom. I will provide you prompts to encourage you to feel what each one might feel like to you. By doing this practice you will be sending out a signal to the universe to bring that feeling of freedom back to you. This is resonance. What you put out, you get back. This works for anything, and you already do it, however we are unconsciously sending out signals that are deep rooted in faulty beliefs we learned as infants, children and even adulthood. Let the intuitively drawn glyph on the screen help anchor the resonance field.
