This 8 year old cat had not been spayed. Initially diagnosed as kidney disease with chronic anemia. Not getting better x ray and Ultrasound done. Apparent bleeding from the uterus. Surgery done removed the uterus, liver was in bad condition with blood oozing from the lobes. Also kidney did not appear normal. Post op continual bleeding another transfusion. Time will tell
