Calculating change gears for a gear with a prime number of teeth. Calculating by hand and showing modifications to the initial change gear results due to machine limitations on size of change gears.
Change gear size rules from 6A chart:
1: Max # of teeth in C = 120
2: Max # teeth in B+C = 208
3 : Min # teeth in B+C = 124
4: Max # of teeth in B = A + PG -21
5: Max # teeth in A = 81
6: Min # teeth in A + PG = 96
7: PG must be 1,2,4, or 6 times T (T is # teeth in cutter) up to a max of 120
