A demonstration of how to modify a fiberglass aircraft engine cowl to provide a better fit is shown. Polyurethane foam is used to create a new shape and then fiberglass cloth is used to make the structure. A resin is then applied to the fiberglass cloth. The purpose of the video is to demonstrate one technique for repairing/modifying an existing fiberglass component.
