The AIRLESS CA-100G equipment uses an external mixing gun with an airless combination air assisted with an exclusive air container system. The gun uses a unique airless combination, air attended with an exclusive air contention system. The resin gel-coat leaving the spray tip has a catalyst flow immediately introduced in both leque’s sides invading the resin completely and then the mixing material and involved in 360° by an air container buckler. The catalyst immediate introduction increases the two materials together charged time giving a completed integration and catalyst mixture in the resin/gel-coat and the air buckler prevent the free catalyst particles escape from the spray. This way there is a complete dispensed catalyst use and the damage caused by the free catalyst in the atmosphere are virtually eliminated.
