Step right on the leaning curving edges as hands make horizontal semi-circles while the deep edge blades make alternating horizontal arcs on the ice. The spine oscillates in this Choctaw drill with a few counters thrown in just to show off and show the identical twist motion for Choctaws and turns. Top level skaters will get a lot out of this video, and might even want to take me up on the challenge at the end.
