Here we install grass/flower seed mats. The mats are degradable and protect the soil from eroding before the soil "grows" together. The seed mixture should provide easy-to-maintain slopes with minimal maintenance. You can read more about it here: https://www.turfquick.com We are also digging for a new water pipe. The small house behind the hedge are having water connected. The line we were to connect to was in such a bad condition that it was decided that a new line would be installed directly from the well. At the same time, we are replacing a section of water to another house where the water pressure has been poor due to the condition of the old pipe. Fortunately, we have left a road in to the pump house for the carpenters, we can also use that road to avoid digging in finished surfaces.
