Final Cost Estimation Project - Collier County Forensics Building

In this video, we break down how we built a construction cost estimate for a forensics facility. Using real construction drawings, we completed detailed quantity takeoffs and pricing for major systems like concrete, steel, electrical and HVAC. The final estimate came out to just over $2 Million.
