Today's routine flows through a dynamic warm-up, targeted regressions and progressions, a high-intensity Tabata session, and a restorative cool-down. Since we want to keep the energy high and respect your time, we've condensed the full sets and reps in the video—but don't worry, all the specific numbers and details you need to follow along and crush this workout are clearly indicated right on the screen. In this routine, we take you through a full training cycle. We kick things off with a dynamic warm-up to get the blood flowing, move into 5 targeted regression exercises to build a solid foundation, ramp it up with 5 progression movements for that extra challenge, and then go all-out with 5 intense Tabata exercises! Finally, we bring the heart rate back down with an essential cool-down. Whether you are mastering the basics or pushing for advanced progression, this flow is designed to test your limits and build real strength.
