Final Year Project- A Single-Output Sensor for Temperature-Pressure Decoupling In Robotic Grasping
The developed single-output temperature-pressure sensor is integrated to the Universal Robot arm with a customised real-time data acquisition system. The sensor provides a tactile perception for pressure and detects the temperature of the object upon grasping. The data acquisition system provides a closed-loop feedback, which triggers the robot to pour the water once the temperature colds to a preset threshold. With this sensor, the robot is able to receive tactile feedback, just like human do.
