The eighth track of Mandela! 4: Encore When TC was offering tracks, I *immediately* requested on using both Send-Off and Full Effect off of Mandela! 3. One, because I knew I wanted to be the longest track in the album, and two, because I wanted to make a finale track for a remash project. I thought it would be fun to challenge myself with the type of track length I never go for in albums.
