One of the hugest time-saving devices that I have learned in Xactimate is the different ways of searching. To this day, I still forget what certain line items are named in the program, so knowing that I can search visually or by related items is a huge help.
There are many people that I have trained over the years that were self-taught veterans in Xactimate that found this info really helpful!
