This week I chat with Dean about finding the right tradie. Don't be afraid to give a tradie the flick if they try to talk you out of electrification, especially as a woman, stick to your guns. Tradies do what's easiest for them, they don't necessarily consider your ongoing bills and what's best for you. Gas for example is half of a plumber's business and they haven't all moved with the times and learnt how to install hot water heat pumps.
