Fire roasted chili with no beans
Ingredients
3 pounds of ground meat of your choice
14 1/2 ounce can of fried rice and tomatoes
14 1/2 ounce can of fried roasted salsa tomatoes
2 sweet onions, chopped coarsely
Four cloves of garlic, minced
1 poblano pepper, chopped coarsely
Optional 1 jalapeño chopped
2 cups of beef broth
2 small cans Chopped green chilies
3-4 tablespoons of chili powder
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons Smoked paprika
2 tablespoons Ground cumin
Brown the meat and fresh veggies. Drain if needed. Add everything else and let simmer for at least an hour. Salt and chili powder to taste.
