This video shows you how to properly decontaminate on scene. At the end we’ll also cover what you need to do post-decontamination. Each step is critical to lowering your risk of harm to you and your crew from contaminants that can cause occupational cancer. This resource was developed in partnership with Health Canada to help raise awareness about the risk of occupational cancer for firefighters, in support of actions identified in the National Framework on Cancers Linked to Firefighting.
