This video shows one of our Brand New Fish Filleting machines in operation. The gutted/headed fish is transported along by 2 horizontal conveyors. It then passes through 2 large blades which fillet the fish. 2 fillets come out the end and the central/back bone comes out at the side. Suitable for various fish species.
