Fish roll
* 1 large Mackerel(cut up)
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1 seasoning cube
* 2 tablespoons oil of choice
* 1/2 medium Onion
* 2 scotch bonnets.
THE DOUGH:
* 2½ All Purpose Flour(325𝘨)
* 1½ Tablespoon sugar
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
* 2 tablespoon melted butter 50g margarine
* 3/4 cup water
* 1 egg
