Fish Soup!
Fry in some oil minced garlic, onion and ginger until fragrant. Then add water, salt, sugar and chick stock powered (ratio 1 litre of water to 1 teaspoon each of salt, sugar and chicken powder)
Add fish bones and simmer for 30mins. Scoop out the impurities every few minutes.

Cook rice with the cooled fish broth in a rice cooker on porridge setting
