I've been using small, cheap paper cutters for years because I didn't want to invest in an expensive one. There was always some other gadget or supply I wanted instead. However, I finally did it. I used my Amazon reward points to buy this Fiskars Rotary Cutter from Amazon and I LOVE it. It's large and bulky, so I still use my cheapy a lot. But this is great for more accurate and fine detailed cutting.
