Here's a slightly better video than I was finding on the Fiskars soil block maker. This was on clearance at Walmart for just over $7, it's not super fast but worked out. I used about 50% seed starting mix combined with last year's garden soil from my planters thinking there's probably some peat in this mix to help bind it together. It probably took 2-1/2 hours to make up 6 flats of soil blocks. This item is probably awesome for building sand castles at the beach if that helps justify anything for you!
