here is a quick guide to fit my helmet drink system to a Stilo full face helmet.
The most important thing to do is to remove the silicone pipe from the helmet and clean and sterilise it with the bite valve ready for it's next use . Do NOT leave water to sit in the tube for more that a few hours.
