Fitting leaf-level gas exchange parameters [April 2021]

Workshop Wednesday April 28, 2021 Instructors: Jessica Guo, Kristina Riemer, and David LeBauer Presented to: CALS researchers In order to utilize gas exchange data in biophysical models of plant growth, certain key parameters need to be estimated, such as Vcmax and stomatal sensitivity. This workshop will introduce R packages that can be used for estimating photosynthetic and stomatal parameters, e.g. 'plantecophys', 'photosynthesis', and 'BioCro'.
