Gratitude helps us notice what already supports our life.

the warmth we feel,
and the space we live in.
A simple way to think about it:
Be thankful to Earth for nourishing you.
Be thankful to Water for keeping you alive.
Be thankful to Fire for energy and light.
Be thankful to Air for every breath.
Be thankful to Space for holding all life.
