Also an option to make the car shake when at max speed or when revving CPU ms runs at 0.0 cpu ms when inactive and up to 0.3 cpu ms when active STANDALONE ESCROW Escrow so people don't try to resell it for a higher price but almost everything needed is provided inside the config.
