Sometimes, one of the frames in your render output is messed up. If I'm crunched for time, or just generally feeling lazy, sometimes a quick interpolation in After Effects is good enough!
DISCLAIMER 1: This doesn't always work, and I wouldn't recommend it if you have a lot of AOV passes to deal with.
