Fix Black Flashes/Glitches in Rendered Edit | AFTER EFFECTS TUTORIAL

So I recently made an edit and in the preview window everything looked fine, but twenty minutes later when I finally export it, there's these stupid black flashes that I did not put in the edit. I trouble shot for hours and what makes it even more annoying is that every time I export to see if I fixed my problem, another 20 minutes has gone by. Well, I made this tutorial so that you don't have to go through the pain I went through. I also added my export settings and a bonus tip that made my export time go from 20 minutes to 10 minutes.
