If you own an e36 chances are you may be at your wits end with the door panels. Over the years due to a bad design on the part of BMW these panels tend to fall apart. Sometimes literally. The main issue with them is the degradation of the glue used to affix the panel clips. Once the glue deteriorates and the clips start to fall off the door its a matter of tie before it starts to fail.
The clips themselves are not available anywhere on the internet so if possible save or hold on to the ones you may have now and I will teach you how to salvage the door in this video.
The process is fairly simple for the most part and doesn't require any special tools. As a matter of fact all I used for the project was a thin pry tool to remove glue, liquid nails, jb weld, and some clamps.
