FLAKY HOPIA MONGGO ( NO BAKE)
This is a step by step, no shortcut video tutorial on how to make a flaky hopia, Hopia is another favorite Filipino snack or merienda. It is a bean-filled mooncake like pastry. This hopia recipe is made with thin flaky pastry, perfect for any filling variations like red mung bean, Ube or purple yam, and my personal preference is yellow mung bean filling.
