We all know the stretching that we're taught in gym class such as arm windmills, toe touches, front kicks, the calf stretch, etc. And all of those are great, however being more present and intentional in our stretching routine will go a long way. What are your flexibility goals? How do you want to feel as you age? Our Flexibility and Mobility practice is just as essential, if not more essential, than our strength practice in the long-term. Put in the reps, be mindful, be patient and notice the difference in your body.
