Flexible Manufacturing Cells | Robotic Systems

This video introduces flexible manufacturing cells and the use of robots within these cells. The advantages offered by flexible manufacturing compared to manual or classic manufacturing are compared and an analysis is made of what production volumes the most convinient when using flexible manufacturing cells. Different levels of communication existing in a flexible manufacturing cell are also discussed, as well as different types of simulation tools.
