As per customer’s product design, we mostly make the shampoo flip top cap mold, bottle flip top cap mold (bottle cap mold), condiment flip top cap mold…etc. For flip top cap mold, parts design is a key factor for the mold success or not. Intertech helps customer to check their cap parts design for making the real mold possibility or not, especially checking for the cap hinge design, hinge open and close movement steps in mold and cap ejection…etc. In order to make longer mold life time, we suggest customer to use stainless steel for mold steel. For the fast molding cycle, we use beryllium copper around the mold core and cavity components to save the molds cooling time. Our flip top cap mold needs only simple maintenance, customer can run the mold without stopping. Beside, we test the mold with PP or PE material, and we assmble-test it on the bottle’s fitness without problem. For our flip top cap mold, it will take around 6-8 weeks time to submit T1 samples to you. Before molds export, we will disassemble all mold components for final checking.
