Floating Object Effect in Final Cut Pro

This is an easy to follow tutorial on how to create floating object effect using just two clips in Final Cut Pro and adding a couple of effects. To make it perfect, all you have to do is to shoot one video clip (Clean Plate) of a background on a tripod without any moving objects, and second clip with the same background but moving object that you want to apply effect on. Then simply import your clips in to Final Cut Pro, put your clips on top of each other, apply magnetic mask to the top clip to mask the object. Then add some basic motion to the object and apply Droplet effect to the background clip to create cool distortion effect and that's it!
