- Attach your base plan as an Xref to your new Floor Finish Plan DWG - Create a new layer for floor finish - Draw boundaries for each space - Isolate the Floor Finish layer - Add separate hatches for each space - Use "User" hatches to customize tile size - Define the start point for tiling - Unisolate your layer to bring back your drawing - Bring your Xref to the front using "Draw Order" - Trim hatches wherever they are not meant to be visible (behind door leaves)
