EDIT 07/11/2020: 1ST PLACE Thank you so much, I am honestly speechless, never expected to place on top! Hey guys it's been a while, this edit took me like 4 month to make. I never put so much effort into a single video as this one. I planned on making it a whole 1:30 minute video but couldn't finish it in time. That's why the story is kinda lackluster and not really finished. Maybe I will do a second part for this edit since I love this song so much and i didn't get to use the chorus which is such a banger. Anyways I hope you guys enjoy my entry for YRS Contest! The story of the Video is basically the lovestory of these two guys. Their wedding is planned and this is a sort of newspaper scrap book with all of their cutest memories of each other. Every single word in this video has a meaning to itself so if you are really patient and read all of it, congrats to you haha. The video is filled with chat messages and conversations Yu Yang and Li Huan had in the Manga. For the editing style i tried to mix modern graphic design elements with a retro, vintage flare. It was a real challenge to combine such different elements but I think it worked out quite well in the end. Also almost every single picture is animated and I am not the person who animated manga ever. So this was an extreme challenge for me and definetly got me out of my comfort zone a lot.
