Flow wrapper based packing lines come in many forms. Here we have a Redpack Pacer flow wrapper packing confectionery and cereal health bars in a card tray or former. The flow wrapper has been fully re-manufactured and upgraded with a multi-motor servo control system with 50 automatic product memories/recipes. It has a new specially built infeed input conveyor with loading tray for fast and efficient loading. The flat-pack card trays are inserted automatically into the flow wrapper infeed by an integrated card inserter and automatically bent into shape ready for loading the product.
